Burlington City Arts is holding the seventh “Highlight” New Year’s Eve celebration from midday Dec. 31 until past midnight. Tickets for “Highlight” go on sale at noon, Friday, Nov. 1, and cost $15 throughout November, before going up to $18 in December. Kids 5 and under do not need a ticket. “Highlight” will feature programming with community-powered, multidimensional experiences throughout the downtown and waterfront areas of Burlington.
