An exhibition exploring the enduring power of myth, legend and belief through artistic interpretation of Champ, the Lake Champlain legend, runs at the Frog Hollow Craft Gallery through April 30. Lake Champlain, a vast and mysterious body of water, has long been the subject of folklore, most notably the tale of Champ, a creature said to inhabit its depths. “Champ: The Art of Believing” invites artists to delve into the nature of belief, using Champ as a springboard for creative expression, inspired by eyewitness accounts.
