Capital City Concerts is offering a free family concert on Sunday, Feb. 4, 1:30 p.m. at the Unitarian Church of Montpelier by the talented sister act Sibyl. Conservator-trained sisters Lily and Chloe Holgate are from a family of Broadway actors and have been making music together since they were children. More info.
